Responsibilities: 

  • Provide services in UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd

Internal Audit:
 
  • To assist the Head, Group Internal Audit ((“GIA”) of the annual budget and annual internal audit plan
  • Organize the audit projects and monitor the audit expenses to ensure that the audit expenses are within the approved budget
  • Assist the Head, GIA in updating the audit universe and identify high risk and value activities for the development of an annual audit plan
  • Prepare and issue timely audit reports to auditees with an opinion on the state of its system of internal control, findings, and recommendations based on the audit carried out
  • Organize and participate in discussion with auditees during Entrance and Exit meetings

  • Conduct fraud investigation and special examination at the request of Head, GIA
  • Maintain and ensure that audit activities are in accordance with the IIA Standards

Risk Management:

  • Carry out the risk refresher session with the Risk Champions and Risk Owners on quarterly basis
  • Review and update the Risk Register on the risks and the current status of the action plans received from the Risk Owners and Risk Champions in the shared folder
  • Liaise with the Risk Champions and Risk Owners on the concerns raised by the GARC and the BOD on the highlighted risks
  • Regularly review and improve coordination of risk management activity throughout the Group, including facilitation process, education, and training on risk management issues and initiatives
  • Prepare the risk reports and presentation slide for presentation to GMC, GARC, and BOD meeting
  • Evaluate the process for identifying, evaluating, managing risks associated within the Group of Companies in order to ensure relevant risks have been identified and assessed accordingly
  • Monitor the submission of the Risk Register from Risk Champions and Risk Owners to ensure timeliness in reporting on risks.

Integrity & Governance:

  • Monitor and maintain the complaints register received from the complaints management channer to ensure timeliness in the managing the risk of corruption, abuse of power, and malpractice in the organization
  • Update the number of complaints received and its current status to the Head, GIA on quarterly basis
  • Conduct and update the Corruption Risk Assessment on quarterly basis
  • Evaluate and assess on the audit issues highlighted in the Internal Audit Report whether there are any criminal misconduct such as corruption, abuse of power as well as violation of Code of Ethics, Code of Business Conducts, Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and etc. for appropriate action to be taken
  • Provide integrity enhancement to the Group such as reading materials, articles/inputs for promotion to all staff

Unit Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out care for patient in labor process and provide management of care for postnatal including administration of epidural, induction of labor and after cesarean section
  • Responsible in handling the necessary monitoring of the patient during this phase of childbirth such as timing and coaching the expectant mother to breathe through contractions and tracking her blood pressure
  • Monitor the baby’s heart rate to make sure that the baby is not experiencing and distress during the labor process
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment & devices such as patient monitor, CTG machine, oxygen delivery devices and cannulation as required
  • Responsible in medication administration during induce labor as ordered by consultant and perform patient monitoring as required
