Major Responsibilities:

• To carry out the 52-week planner & Routine Inspection (RI) based on the stipulated time as well as SLA.
• Willing to work on standby mode for any Plant breakdown event to minimize downtime.
• Willing to travel on a demand basis to assist a Certified Engineer for Photovoltaic Rooftop operation.
• To fill in the Work Order form before any task is conducted.
• To check and ensure spare parts inventories are well kept & sufficient based on the minimum quantity required as per the agreed document.
• To assist with monthly inspections with an appointed Competent Engineer. (If applicable).
• To inform the superior and all relevant parties upon incident/sudden fault at the plant based on the stipulated time.
• To fill up the Work Order form before Corrective Maintenance was conducted.

• To prepare daily operation & maintenance reports and to be completed and submitted before 10 am every next morning.
• To prepare data for monthly operation & maintenance reports and submit it to the engineer within 10 days of the end of the previous month.
• To ensure all works at plants are carried out by the workers/ contractors with valid Permit to Work (PTW) at all times.
• To achieve zero (0) Loss Time Injury (LTI) at the plant.
• To conduct daily toolbox and talk to contractors before the commencement of works at the plants.
• To fill up the toolbox talk checklist.
• To always check and ensure the validity & usability of fire safety equipment at the plants.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. 

Requirements:

The applicant must meet the following requirements: 

• Candidate must possess a Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Obtained AO/A1/A4 Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga is MANDATORY.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
• Hands-on in mechanical and electrical works.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Possess own transport, willing to work at Pasir Gudang and travel (on a demand basis).

Major Responsibilities:

To co-drive and assist the Senior Manager, Project Delivery in the completion of engineering projects assigned to him/her adhering to the timeline, budget, technical specifications, regulations, and standard practice.

• Assis patient to Preliminary Room for vital sign check, height, and weight measurement after registration before consultant review in the clinic.

• Carry out treatment plan as ordered by consultant in charge including medication prescribed and investigation required.

 Duties and responsibilities in Unit (Labor Room): 

• Provide nursing care to an expectant mother to help her prepare for and effectively move through the initial stages of labor from the point of admission till discharge from the labor room including assisting in complications during childbirth and preparing the mother for a cesarian section. 
• Carry out care for patients in the labor process and provide management of care for postnatal including administration of epidural, induction of labor, and after cesarian section.  
• Responsible for handling the necessary monitoring of the patient during this phase of childbirth such as timing and coaching the expectant mother to breathe through contractions and tracking her blood pressure.  
• Monitor the baby’s heart rate to make sure that the baby is not experiencing any distress during the labor process. 
• Set up and monitor medical equipment & devices such as patient monitor, CTG machine, oxygen delivery devices, and cannulation as required. 
• Responsible for medication administration during induced labor as ordered by the consultant and performed patient monitoring as required. 
• Evaluate the patient’s vital signs and fetal monitoring as ordered by the consultant and laboratory data to determine emergency intervention needs. 
• Perform vaginal examination as required and perform other nursing procedures according to hospital policy and SOPs. 
• Monitor patient’s fluid intake & output as required to determine emergency problems such as fluids and electrolyte imbalance. 
• Monitor patient for changes in status and indication of conditions such as sepsis or shock and institute appropriate interventions.

• Provide care to newborn babies in the nursery including phototherapy.
